Sept - May - $750/week plus 3% county occupancy tax- $225/per each weekend night (Fri-Sat night with Sunday check out is $450 ) plus 3% county occupancy tax.
Weekday daily rates (Sun-Thurs night) $125/night, plus 3% county occupancy tax. 2 night minimum.
June, July, Aug - $875/week plus 3% county occupancy tax
- $225/per each weekend night (Fri-Sat night with a Sunday check out is $450) plus 3% county occupancy tax.

** Fort Ligonier Days are a 2 night minimum - $250/night plus 3% county occupancy tax.

“Weekend” check-in on Friday at 3:00 p.m., and check-out Sunday at noon
“Week” check-in at 3:00 p.m., check-out same day of following week at noon
"Daily" check-in at 3:00 p.m., check-out noon
Example: Check-in Sat at 3:00 p.m., check-out following Sat at noon

Reservation Policy
Upon verifying availability of cottage, you must then complete and return our rental agreement. (Contact us to acquire rental agreement.)
Along with a returned rental agreement and a $100 refundable damage deposit, a 50% payment is required up front with the other 50% due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
(100% of the rental fee is due if reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date.)
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel prior to 30 days before your arrival date we will refund you 100%. If within 30 days we will refund 50%, and within seven (7) days there will be no refund. We will try our best to reschedule you if that is an option for you.
